Samsung unveils first smartphones since Note 7

On Monday Samsung announced a few new phone that are cheaper, and water-resistant. These are the companies first new products since the failed launch of the Note 7 in late 2016.

Samsung announced they will also launch three new versions of its Galaxy A smartphone, which is a low cost alternative to the higher end smartphones offered by Samsung.

The devices are currently only being sold in Russia but will soon expand to other markets.

The phones that are unveiled are called the Galaxy A3, A5, and A7, the differences are the screen sizes. All 3 phones are water and dust resistant.

The A3 features a 4.7-inch display, while the A5 clocks in at 5.2 inches, and the A7 is 5.7 inches.

Not only do the phones have the ability for you to go underwater but it also features a new 16-megapixel camera.

Samsung didn’t respond to a request for more information on availability and pricing.
